Descriptions and Quality
All of our collection in the J&J Pearls web site has been carefully chosen to represent the highest standards of quality. Please note that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, many items featured are hand-made and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique. If a product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately regarding an exchange or refund (see the ‘Returns’ section below for details). However we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. Also there may be occasional discrepancies in the sizing of items due to human error. We would be happy for you to inform us if you do come across any such item.

We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately. See Returns below.

Making Your Purchase
When making a purchase on J&J Pearl’s website, simply add the item(s) to your basket and proceed through the online checkout process.

Payments
Online payments can be made using a debit/credit card or via your Paypal account. Please note that during the payment process, you will be redirected to the secure Paypal website to enter your details and submit the payment. When you make a purchase from the J&J Pearls website, you will receive an email confirming your order.
In the unlikely event that items showing in stock online are not actually available, the company reserves the right not to offer this product and to offer an exchange or refund if necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Packaging
All jewellery is packaged in a bubble wrap envelope of appropriate size, together with our business card and pretty pouch.

Pricing
All our products are sold at or below the RRP (Recommended Retail Price). J&J Pearls reserve the right to change the price of the product and or cost of postage at any time for whatever reason and includes VAT. We have a secure online payment system via Paypal and a no quibble 5 working day returns policy & a 30 day guarantee on all our jewellery.
All your items will be delivered to your door within 5 – 7 working days. We will contact you if there are any delays.

Delivery
We aim to send all orders out either same day or the following day. This can take a little longer at busy times such as at a show or Christmas. The majority of our orders will be with you within 5-7 working days of you placing the order, if not before. Please contact us contact@jandjpearls.co.uk if your order has not been received within this time frame.

Delivery Charges
Postage and package charge of £3.50 will be added to cost of item.

Please Note:
Orders over £50.00 will be sent 1st class recorded delivery. This will require a signature upon receipt.
Orders under £50.00 will be sent 1st class post.
