Returns
Of course we hope you love what you purchased from us, but in the event you wish to return an item to us, you need to do this within 7 days of receipt of your item. Any items you return to us must be returned in a full, re-saleable condition and include all appropriate packaging. Any items that are damaged in your care are non-refundable. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Your refund will cover the cost of the item and not the delivery charge.


Please Note: Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. J&J Pearls is not liable for the cost of returning items.


Faulty Items: in the unlikely event that the item purchased is faulty then please contact us to arrange a refund or an exchange. Please note that all refunds are at the discretion of J&J Pearls.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, J&J Pearls will arrange for an exchange.
